CollectableDiecast.com was suffering from low conversion rate. To try to increase CVR I managed the implementation of a right side pop-out panel that triggered when a user tried to leave the site. Different incentives were used based on which page type the user was on. Higher funnel pages like category pages, content pages homepage etc. would receive a lower incentive (10% Off with a Newsletter Sign-Up). Lower funnel pages like the cart or checkout would receive a higher incentive (5% Off Now). After implementation we recovered 277 conversions from Dec 2016 to March 2017 which accounted for 18% of total revenue.
